I will highly recommend Lopez Plumbing to anyone who is seeking true professionals that get the job done fast and efficiently especially in the commercial restaurant space. I originally started working with another plumber for months being feed lies that DOB applications were filed but was claiming it takes forever to get approvals. Unfortunately, it turned out I was just being scammed, and the plumber ran off with deposit. Already in a terrible delay, I was referred to Lopez plumbing and it was truly God sent. I called Lopez plumbing and the very next day they sent a master plumber for an inspection. This being my first time dealing with this situation, Mr. Lopez and his team took the time to enlighten me on every step needed to properly get the job done. At that point, I put my trust in them, and I am proud to say they were able to get my kitchen up and running with full gas service pretty fast. All DOB and Con Ed inspections passed on the first attempt with no negative comments and the craftsmanship was top notch. I am truly grateful for all the help throughout this difficult process especially for someone like me who has never delt with this before. Thank you, Mr. Lopez and the Lopez team. It was a true pleasure doing business and I will definitely contact you guys again for all plumbing needs in the future.

I was out of town traveling and received a call from family who were taking care of my place about an issue with a toilet in our basement. Being away, I was concerned about how I would get it fixed well and without any of the typical oversight I tend to provide that helps ensure I’m not being “taken for a ride” with unnecessary fixes. That was until I recalled id used Lopez Plumbing and heating before and the exceptional care they’d taken in my prior need. I called and they took detailed info on what I suspected may be the culprit, they stayed in good communication on timing for a technician getting to my place, and had them there and the problem fixed the same day I called without suggesting a need to do anything major to “fix” the problem. Lopez plumbing does things the right way which gives me peace of mind in using them and id highly recommend them to anyone.

Super fast response and quick fix. I asked for an estimate but never got one. The plumber had already left when I got a bill for $500 for 10 minutes of work. Great service but very expensive and intentionally non-transparent pricing. Update: Their unhinged response speaks for itself. A lot of writing to still not justify why I never received an estimate. Update x 2: They cleaned up their response and changed their tune. I would not recommend this company.

I had an issue with my boiler. A water and steam pipe had developed a crack. I called Lopez plumbing, they replaced the pipe and modified the boiler unit. These types of events in a home are unfortunate and unforseen. These events are the situations you can have when you have a home. The staff at lopez Plumbing were able to work with me on the cost of repairs. I'm 6 weeks in with repairs. Everything is working well. Thank you.

Radiators not working in several rooms of UES townhouse. Lopez came same day and identified several steam vent valves near the boiler and on individual radiators in need of replacement. Sent 3 technicians the next day (Xmas eve) to get the job done in under five hours. Job included chemical flush of boiler. Happy to say there is good heat coming throughout the house now. Lopez plumbing is very easy to work with and their communications via text and phone are very efficient. Highly recommended.

I was in trouble, dealing with a broken boiler in the fridget weather. I made one call to Lopez heating and they came right away. The technician was friendly, knowledgable, and patient. The receptionist that answered the phone was also friendly. My church boiler is repaired and as of now we are happy. I would like like to recommend this company to any one who is reading this review.

Amazing service! Jesse was so sweet, came right on time, super friendly, and got right to the problem. I loved that he explained everything clearly so I actually understood what was going on. Quick, clean, and no hidden expenses. I’m so glad I found this gem since I live in an outdated apartment. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again. Highly recommend :))

Unfortunately, I cannot speak positively about this company. I called and gave lots of information to the person who answered the telephone, and I was told I would hear back. I waited one full week (7 days). Having heard nothing, I called again and confirmed that they had my correct telephone number. I have now waited two additional business days (5 days total) and heard nothing. If I can't rely on them to return a telephone call, I'm afraid I can't rely on them to do the plumbing work I need.
